DOUBLEBUTTER COLUMN CLIMBING
Of course it was inevitable that some fools—namely us—would turn the new pad canopy into a tool for sport. It didn't take long. Told by Millard Tillman about the regular Ironworker column-climbing competitions we had to try it out. And really, once you're up there why not traverse the bit of tubing and slide down the other side? This event is still in the exhibition stage so all visitors are welcome to give it a go—no winning or losing, just for show. Of course you'll first have to sign our forty-page liability waiver and tell us what to say to your mom if you fall and crack your coconut on the pad below. We haven't yet gone up-and-over on the taller frame toward the big blue Bron Tape building to the west, but in time we're bound to go for it. No one ever accused us of being very bright.
