Yes, we finished, mostly, building the new canopy over the pad. Finished except for the gutter, and what with the slope toward the roll-up door to the shop any amount of snowmelt results in an infurating slow waterfall right where you don't want a slow waterfall. So instead of building the gutter we shovel the canopy. Yes, we are morons. But there's a bonus, at least for Cinder: an endless barrage of shovelfuls of snow from above.
